Chong's Health Care respects your privacy. We'll use your e-mail address only when we are confirming your Internet order, or notifying you of changes/updates to the site or other news. We assure you, we do not make our email list or mailing list available to other companies.

For orders being shipped to Military or MP, VI, GU, PR, HI & AK, we usually will add $9.99 for the S&H. If the items are too heavy, we will call or E-mail you the actual shipping fee. ( This addresses can't use free shipping promotions)

Please note: If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday, (NOT Saturday). If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and call in for the order.

In the event of customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to us. If customer refuses to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
